📦 Processing & Shipping Info

  1. Customs & Made to Order: All items are custom made-to-order. Production begins only after payment is received and design details are finalized. Because each item is individually manufactured, production times may vary based on order volume and machine capacity. Estimated turnaround times are approximations and not absolute guarantees.

  2. AI-Generated Images & Design Translation
    If you provide a custom AI-generated image for your order, please be advised of the following:

    Format & Dimension Adaptation: 2D AI images must be digitally translated into a 3D-printable format. This transition from a flat image to a physical object may require structural adjustments, simplification of fine details, or slight layout modifications to ensure the item can print successfully.

    Color and Texture: Final 3D-printed colors and textures are determined by available physical printing materials (filaments) and may not exactly match the digital gradient, lighting, or shading of an AI-generated image.

    By submitting an AI image, you acknowledge and accept that the final 3D physical print may vary slightly from the digital concept.

  3. Handcrafted Character & Minor Imperfections
    3D printing is an additive manufacturing process that builds items layer by layer.

    Small cosmetic imperfections—such as visible layer lines, minor surface texture variations, or tiny artifacts from support material removal—are a normal and inherent part of the 3D printing process.

    These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather the unique fingerprint of a custom-manufactured piece. Every item undergoes a strict quality control check to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal before shipping.

  4. No Rush Orders (Machine Limitations). We take great pride in the quality of our work. To maintain our high standards, we do not accept rush orders.

    3D printing is a precise, time-intensive manufacturing process. We cannot rush the machines, as speeding up a print compromises its structural integrity, detail, and overall quality.

    Orders are placed into our production queue in the order they are received. Please plan ahead and allow for our standard estimated turnaround times when placing your order.

  5. No Refunds & Final Sales Policy
    Because every item is custom-made to your specific request, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, minor cosmetic variations, or shipping delays.

  6. Our Commitment to "Make It Right"
    While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, client satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or features a major structural defect that severely impacts its use, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

    We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

    We promise to do what we can, within our reasonable means, to rectify the situation—which may include fixing the issue, sending a replacement component, or offering a partial shop credit for future orders.

We take pride in delivering high-quality, precision 3D prints. To ensure every order meets our standards, please plan for the following timeframes:

3-7 business days – This allows us to carefully print, clean, and inspect your item(s) for quality.

3–5 business days – after processing is complete.

Need your item by a specific date? Please order at least 7–10 business days in advance.

What this means:

  • Orders are not shipped from a warehouse—we print each item specifically for you

  • Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed (Monday - Friday)

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our studio

Rush Orders
Need it faster? Contact us at mbmcollectionzllc@gmail.com before placing your order to check availability for expedited processing. Rush fees will apply based on current production capacity.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking included on all shipments.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
