We strive to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their order. As that is not always the case, we have taken care to implement a series of policies to allow you to exchange products that don’t fit your needs or, in rare cases, have defects or damage.
Return & Refund Policy – MBM COLLECTIONZ
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
No Returns – Custom Made Products
All items sold by MBM COLLECTIONZ are custom made, printed on demand, and hand-finished to order. Because each product is created specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordered by mistake

Found a better price elsewhere
-
Didn't like the color or size (unless the wrong item was shipped)
We encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, and size details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us—we're happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. While we take every precaution to ensure your item is printed with care, inspected for quality, and packaged securely, occasional issues can occur during shipping or production.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect that is no fault of your own, we will consider a remake on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for a remake, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on tracking confirmation)

Provide your order number

Include clear photo(s) or video showing the damage or defect
What qualifies as "no fault of the customer":

Item arrived broken or cracked due to shipping

Missing pieces or incomplete print
-
Significant print defects such as severe layer separation, warping, or melted areas
-
Wrong item shipped (different color, size, or design than ordered)
What does NOT qualify for a remake:

Minor surface imperfections (3D printed items may have subtle layer lines or small blemishes—this is part of the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect)

Damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper use after delivery

Items left in direct sunlight or high heat (e.g., inside a hot car) resulting in warping

Normal wear and tear from use
Remake Process
If your claim is approved:

We will remake the item and ship it to you at no additional cost

Remakes are typically processed within 3–7 business days based on current production queue
-
Expedited shipping for remakes is not available unless the original order qualified for expedited service
If the specific filament color or size is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or offer a partial/full refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Because all items are custom made, cancellations are not accepted once printing has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately:

If printing has not yet started, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund

If printing is already in progress or completed, the order cannot be canceled
Lost or Stolen Packages
MBM COLLECTIONZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number

Reach out to us and we will assist with filing a missing mail claim when possible
